Mr. Drouin has commenced sampling the grocers’ milk cans. He will visit all in the city. He has received information that bogus milk inspectors are sampling milk. The intention, he says, is simply to get milk without paying for it, and he would much obliged to any milkman who will have such party of parties arrested, the city being prepared to proceed against them.
